I get where you're coming from but selling a property does not mean you're out the market. Most investors would sell to go bigger and get into a better deal. As you said some properties are better than others, if you can make you're money work harder make the change. Buy and hold and never sell is a bit of a lost opportunity, alright for armchair investors only.
