Day 13 done and that was the toughest so far but again felt the burn and it’s good!! Was very similar to day 12 but still a good workout - then last 3 - wow!! They get me, real good!

I am having a difficult time with any workout that forces me to balance myself on my backside/tailbone. I know I'm not doing these correctly... still carrying on though.

I highly recommend doing those leg raises really close to your chest and do all the workouts for a minute, waiting 30 seconds for the next workout is valuable time

wholy hell dude, just when I thought this thirty day challenge wouldn’t work they pulled out day 12 and 13. this one is by far the hardest one so far and so totally worth it. Still going strong haven’t given up and I have done it 13 days in a row no break. is that all you got? 💪

since the leg exercises weren't working for me (and cause lower back pain) I replaced them with more crunches which gave me more of a "finished workout" feeling. Hope this helps :)
