Guy grabs me by both my wrists. There's no point panicking. How it is, his hands are tied up, your hands are tied up. All you do is swivel your hand in and out and you back away. He grabs me by my wrists. All I do is twist my wrists and I'm free. So guy grabs me by my wrists, no panic. His hands are tied up. My hands are tied up. I can strike him, knee into the groin area. And now I just turn my hands up, and out, and I'm free.

You can "persuade" an attack by creating an opening. For example, leaning your head forward will prompt a head strike. Thrusting both wrists forward can prompt a grab. This may also just happen... perhaps he was grabbing for your head and you raised an arm and he grabbed wrist instead. The point is to be comfortable with everything so you don't panic.
