I havе parasomnia - acting out dreams. I noticed that i can sleep better when i dont eat alot of carbs especially in the evening. However i still sometimes move while sleeping. Do you recommend any supplements that can help? I tried alot of medicines in the past such as lyrica, rivotril, gabapentine, lorazepam, trivistal but without results. Only negative side effects. Thank you!
