1) Adopt breathing practices/ routines.
2) Read a book (recommendation):
“How to stop worrying & start living” by Dale Carnegie
3) Find supplements/herbs that help with cortisol/stress reduction i.e (gaba root, chamomile, ashwagandia, fish oil, etc.)

Here's tonight's result. Just finished praying the Sorrowful mysteries which I was a bit concerned about but none the less the result was good.
Starting BP: 138/75 - 55 BPM
End BP: 128/74 - 56BPM

Took the usual 30 minutes to get through 5 decades. Worth it.
Give it a try guys, you don't have to be Catholic.

I love the breathing treatment because you have not to suffer the side effects of the medicine and you don’t add another pill to your beloved person daily pills but I know that the people that we love and care for are so lazy that they don’t even try to do this exercise and sadly they prefer to take an extra pill and forget about it, but the breathing exercise I believe will be the answer for many problems.
