The plastic parts in the VW water pump is just insane... It fails like clockwork anywhere between 40k-60k. Mine failed 2 days outside the warranty period. WTF!

I have a 2013 x3 and is still running perfectly with 150k on the clock. Done many interstate and back roads driving and no issues. Mechanically that car is great!

A while back I worked for a prestige car dealership that had Jaguar Land Rover as part of its range. I was amazed at the amount of Discos being brought back to the service centre on tow trucks. I spoke with an RAC towie and he confirmed that the Discos were his most regular pick-up, even more so than Jeeps. If anyone wanted directions to the JLR service centre then it was easier to tell them just to drive up the road until you see the tow trucks on the right-hand side, then you're there!

Loving the work mate. Love all the topics. Can i just say the first suggestion struck me a bit as to be honest people don't give BMW enough credit. If you service them religiously and don't follow the BMW "condition based servicing" then they are actually a great product that will last a very long time. It's when people don't actually service them properly and follow CBS (blame BMW engineers) that gives these cars a bad name. As an example, if you follow factory service schedules the cars would have only had 2 oil changes by the time they hit 50, 60, 000km. We actually have grown to love BMWs over the years and due to my own pedantic servicing nature they actually have been the most reliable car i've owned so far. I've had more issues with our old Hondas, Mercedes and Audi. Our X3 LCI that we have owned brand new since 2016 is still going strong at 160, 000+km and our M3 LCI has just been wonderful to own. Just thought i'd throw this out there.

I honestly thought the Jeep wrangler was going to make an appearance on this list so was kinda surprised when it didn't though as you said Adam you had trouble trying to nail down which Jeep too put on the list.
Other dishonourable mentions that deserve a spot on your list in my opinion are; Range Rover P76, Dodge Nitro and Holden Craptiva. Not sure where the Skoda Yeti 4x4 would be in regards to mid size forbies.

One idea I had for a video or video series you guys could do is the craziest road rules by state in Australia. Be one that would give a few people a chuckle or make them more aware while driving.

Also glad for your sakes that you're now starting to rake in the subscribers with your content. Goes to show that just because your channel is on the smaller side people do appreciate the hard yakka you guys put in to making it.

Great video guys. Bang on with all of these. Well done to Jeep for getting 2 spots! I actually thought that would be JLR with the Evoque as well as the Discovery Sport
Unfortunately, nearly anything with any JLR emblem on it will look and feel amazing when it which is not much.
