***Ingredients***
for a regular mug use
10g Ginger
1-2 twigs Mint Leaves
1 bag or 1tbsp loose Green Tea (optional)

Put all ingredients in a mug, add hot water, allow to brew or let it steep for 15-20 minutes.
Drink 30 minutes before bed.
Can be drunk hot or cold
