Almonds, walnuts, pistachios, or other nuts and seeds.
Celery and peanut butter
Turkey and cheese roll-ups
String cheese or other individual serving sizes of cheese if you tolerate dairy
Fat Snax almond flour crackers with a cream cheese spread
Parmesan cheese crisps, or those cheese whisps that are getting popular
Minimally processed, no sugar added beef sticks
Cottage cheese, I like to add some texture to it with almonds and/or chopped bell peppers or other veggies
Vegetables and hummus. I like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and bell peppers.
My chocolate peanut butter cups.
Hard-boiled eggs
A small protein shake or smoothie
One of my almond flour scones.
Olives
Mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes with balsamic vinegar.

I feel like I eat very healthy and I eat a lot of (healthy vegan) food at meals but I still need something to eat about every 3 hours. Seriously, I just get hungry and if I don't eat, I will get cranky and I will just eat way more at meal time - usually dinner.
