Thanks! I'd never installed memory in a laptop before (I used to always have desktop or tower computers), but this video gave me the confidence to try it and see what would happen. So I put some Crucial memory in my laptop, went from 4 GB to 8 GB, and everything's working great, the laptop started right up and runs great, no problems. The extra memory definitely makes the laptop nicer to use. An aside, I went ahead and bought the Crucial brand of memory for my laptop, because that's the brand I used to always put in my old Mac and Dell tower computers years ago and it's always worked good for me, also I really appreciate the Crucial automated website which told me *exactly* what type of memory to buy so that I got the correct memory without having to guess or take chances. Thanks again for the helpful video and also the good-quality products.

I went by the instructions, and now my PC won't turn on AT ALL. I tried everything, putting the old back in, keeping the battery out for a few, using more force. I didn't mix the RAMs and I went by instructions exactly. I of course checked compatibility.. I really love this laptop, someone please help??
