So I was gonna take one out and pushed up top clip but the bottom just won’t come out. It’s in the second slot too as the first slot seems is blocked by the fan. So I’d like (have to) utilize the second and 4th slot.

When I turned on my pc it had no signal and none of my devices connected to it turned on but the fans in my pc were running I re-inserted my ram and it is up and running again thanks

These clips/clamps often break on ASUS boards.
