Michael can you please make a video talking about your caloric intake as well as how many carbs and your protein you get in a day? I know you have an old video discussing it but I had a hard time understanding it. There are a lot of conflicting regimes on the internet and I want to hear what you think. thank you!

Would love to see a video on how to develop more accessories in routines. I have gotten down the Big 5 (BBbench, squat, DL, OHP, Rows) along with pulls and dips. But would like to know how to develop a 4 or 5 day split.

for myfitnesspal I adjust the macro ratios to the closest it can be to my macros, keeps things a little easier
