Doing this as a finisher on leg day killed me 💀 I did 3 sets of 10 steps so 5 reps each leg and after squats, RDL’s, leg press & machines I could barely walk out the gym

You should keep your chest up, this puts more work on quads and avoids back injury’s. Also putting both feet down after each rep always for better stability, and concentration for form

You're lunging like a tight rope when you should be lunging like a railroad track. Need to do a wider stance in the hips, with knees straight.

Problem is when you get strong you’re limited by the size of the dumbbells. They bang into my legs and knock me off balance and grip gets too fatigued before quads do.
