Today's class is designed for those of you who suffer from PCOS. September is the month of PCOS awareness, so what would be a better time than now?

Today's class is yin yoga, which means we will be holding each pose for an extended period of time in order to relax fully, reduce anxiety and promote hormonal balance. We also want to improve circulation in the lower body, get rid of excess estrogen and testosterone and ovulate more regularly. If you have long cycle or are not even sure if you ovulate, this is the right sequence for you.
