My first day trying this and my body feels gracefully different. I had been ghosted on menses for two months and had to start medicine again to get back on track with the other medicine I started in January and we’re hoping that this cycle is a sticky one for us ❤ I’ll be using this one everyday in my playlist and I’m a new subscriber so I’m sure I’ll find more 😊
