Recipe 1: Apple Oatmeal Pancakes
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 an apple
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Recipe 2: Mango coconut chia pudding
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp chia seed
- honey
(This recipe is for two servings. If you want to make it just for one person then I recommend halving the amount of ingredients.)
Recipe 3: Chocolate banana oats smoothie
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 bananas
- 2/3 cup or 180 gram of Greek yogurt ( in this recipe I have used two packets (90 gram each) of natural epigamia Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
This recipe is for two servings. If you want to make it for one person follow the following measurements:
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup or 90 gram of Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
Recipe 4: chocolate banana overnight oats
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- honey
Recipe 4: French toast with caramelised banana
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
For the caramelised banana:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
