For anyone in need:

2 eggs
Add salt to taste
Whisk it well
Put a piece of butter on pan and spread it all over
Pour in the beaten eggs
Place 2 bread slices and turn them so the eggs are on both sides(x2)
Cook for 1-2 minutes then flip the eggs
Add cheddar cheese slice
On top add mozzarella cheese grated
Fold the sides of the eggs inwards then place one of the slices onto the other one(fold it)
Add butter and cook both sides for 1-3 min then place on a plate and enjoy.

Perfect. The cheese dosen't get heated too much preserving it's nutrients. Looks good & am sure it will taste good too. You didn't even add too much butter. If we want I think we can add some Julian cut slightly tossed tomatoes, grated carrot on the cheese. The flipping will need some experience. You are a pro. As a Bosnian, we do this for lunch, not for breakfast 😂 but we put onions like a lot of onions and sometimes with a little potato and it's like a traditional summer dish in BiH❤
