Great video as always Dani! I really like that you don't avoid dairy and meat. So many healthy eating channels are meat free, dairy free, gluten free etc. I personally prefer to include these food groups in a balanced way, so it's great to find a channel with a similar outlook. Keep up the great work!

I eat avocados almost every morning. What I especially like is if I'm in the mood for a sweet breakfast I really like them with a little salt, garlic pouter and agave. I know it sounds weird but it's really good and if you want it's good on toast as well with the same seasonings.

That's exactly how I ate my avocado when growing up 😀 salt and lemon... I was fortunate to have avocado trees around my neighborhood because they grew like pine trees. who would have thought avocados would get so popular and expensive.. 😄

I love apple and nut butter. Either Scoop nut butter directly with thick apple slice; or, spread nut butter on toast and top with multiple layers of thin apple slices. The combo sweet from the apple and salt from the nut butter is divine.

The Ezekiel bread does not last in my house so now I make my own, hopefully it is just as healthy. Im going to try your bananas and toast, looks yummy. I do mashed avocados with toast once in awhile and, you took me back with the rice cakes, I used to eat them all the time until I got bored with them. I think I'll give it another try with your amazing you for all you do, for all of us!!!
