I don't tell people that I do intermittent fasting....I don't do a pure OMAD but I do a more 22/2 fast....So I eat only one meal but I give myself 2 hours to do it....once I hit that 2 hour mark I'm done....no more calories for 22 hours...I hate having to explain to people who have no idea what it's all about.

I'm on week 2, I'm now feeling fine for the hunger pains there not as intense as they was. Tbh this helps my binge eating at I tend to go over board on snacks, now I don't worry about snacks, my heart rate has improved so much. I agree I rather feel full, I struggled thinking of my next mail every 3-4 hours now I look forward to my meal. Yes I agree if you just keep eating junk on this diet and going over your calories ....there is no benefit, but if it's balanced, I don't see a problem. And it's easer to work around when you have family. But I would like to see a video on how this effects weight loss and rate you lose weight at. I have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks, but most was in my first week.

I never feel Hungry! I add plenty of healthy fats. I also take a potassium and magnesium supplement....and add pink salt to my food. Lots of water is also Beneficial! I swear I am completely fine and I do not struggle to get to my next meal. I eat between 4 and 5 because I work nights.

I really like this video. Great idea to explain what OMAD is. You're the first person I know who uses OMAD. I know you've done your reading and research and it feels good to you then that's what matters. I'm curious about OMAD and metabolism.

I was on OMAD for a few months and lost 10 lbs but then plateued ...seems to be my downfall every time I try to lose weight ...but I think it was my food choices.I had cookies and donuts, alot of processed fats and not much vegetables.I am an all day eater now and vegan, I still eat processed foods and that is no good.I want to start OMAD again but really focus on healthy foods and I need to drink more water.I am lacking in that department too.😥Good luck to you in your OMAD journey.💪🏻✊🏻✌🏻

I have been doing this on and off for the last couple of days because it's kind of hard to stick to it. I have been eating at about 3pm before I go to work then when I get off work at midnight I workout for 30 minutes doing weights and then when I get home I end up eating again.

Actually your question on fat cavemen. I saw them. Lots and lots of them when I was a kid. Flintstones!

All makes sense. One meal a day is my way of life now. I dry fast most days for 23hrs.

I do *so* well when I eat like I find myself obsessing about food when I'm fasting for so long. I think I did this for about a month and I was constantly stressing about what I was going to eat and how I could fit my life around that one hour so I didn't have to do anything else but eat lol uhg but man the weight fell off when I was able to stick to it.

I've recently started eating OMAD, and I'm grateful for your video. I'm curious though. You seem to be saying you're getting back to OMAD. Did you quit it? If so, why?

I've never seen a fat caveman or Neanderthal...because I have never seen a caveman or Neanderthal LOL But, I get what you meant :) I'm doing Intermittent fasting. I started with 16:8 and now I am 18:6 and sometimes 19:5. I am trying to close the window of eating time. I may try OMAD, but will ease into it.
