I’ve been OMAD for over a year and 2MAD in the weekends. I loved it 🥰 and I’ve lost 20kgs from 67kgs and now I’m 47kgs.

Only having to prepare one meal means I put more effort into it, and want a better quality more nutritious meal. Multiple meals often just meant beige frozen food in the oven, stuffed down my neck without any thought.

Just weight myself yesterday and I am down 30 pounds! I thought I would NEVER break the "200 pound glass ceiling" but with this method it has been the true blessing that I needed to get to my next level goal! I have 30 more pounds to go and I have the confidence that I will make it! I am looking forward to the whole process! Thanks!

First week of OMAD lost 8 pounds I was just under 200 pounds now I’m almost in the 180’s goal is 170-160.

Did 16:8 for a year. Plateaued about 7 months in. Weight is almost all back. Trying again later and stopping about 5 months in.

I heard about your site on another YouTube channel. The channel was focused on frugal living, but the person leading the channel was on a weight loss journey. She was totally enthusiastic and encouraged by your channel and your process for losing weight. Although you have many great videos, the most convincing aspect on your site is the personal stories of all of the people who have joined similar journeys, each one individualizing the program to their own lifestyle, each one eating different foods tailored to their tastes and preferences, and all thankful that they adopted this 'lifestyle.' I am starting my journey today. As you cautioned in one of your videos, I am going to give it plenty of time to didn't put on the weight overnight, and I shouldn't expect it to come off overnight either. I am going to take it a day at a time. Journal my weight and how the day went, in general. Expect plateaus but keep going!! I will also gauge my success by the way I feel---do I have more energy, am I sleeping better, am I starting my day with a positive, hopeful attitude. . . Thank you for sharing your life that these wonderful stories with us. It also reinforces the fact that we are all a little different and must set our plan to who we are in order to be successful. Omad works really good. I do it consistently for a month then do omad 5 days a week and 2 meals 2 days a week.

I love watching your videos! Im trying but I’m struggling with it so I’m starting with 2 meals and it’s a bit easier for now I’m hoping I can still lose weight with that

do you also exercise while doing OMAD?
i tried OMAD for 5weeks but i had to stop coz it delayed my period so much for 60days.

If you are a type 2 diabetic ONMAD might be better.

I have an idea I'm trying. Might be something you can try for fun. I made a spin wheel on a app to see how big a plate to eat on that day for. OMAD.. I have another spin wheel on Sunday to see if i should have a splurge day or not. Different wheels like that. Making a game out of it.
