I just got this cookbook the other day. It’s a great book to get or give as a gift. I’m Italian but there are pasta recipes I either forget or didn’t know. I mad this Sunday (we love pasta on Sundays) actually any day. This was awesome.

My mom used to make a version of this all the time when I was a kid. But with bacon and parmesan, and nothing approaching an Italian name like that. We call(ed) it bacon gravy pasta.
