Chef Jean Pierre is the ONLY chef that explains in detail what he is doing.
He is selfless in teaching and sharing knowledge.
Other "chefs" just load videos to show off and make money.
Nothing else.
Chef JP is a true one in a million gentleman.

Dear Jean Pierre, the only exception I take at your recipe is that I would take out the guanciale from the pan (and keep it by the side) *before* you make the pecorino cream. Once you have made the creamy sauce and added the pasta, add the guanciale on top of it. This way the guanciale is kept crispy and cruncy. Trust me! 😊

I think it's great that there is some cheese on the counter and edge of the stove and some noodles that jump out of the pan. This is how things happen in the real world!

You have one of the best title intros on youtube. Its short, action packed, funny, and very memorable. Great editing.

I found Chef Jean-Pierre a couple years ago now, and I click 'like' before I've even started watching lol. My absolute favourite channel. All the positivity that we need to see more of!

At this point i don't think chef has to say thumbs up at the beginning of the video cause 99, 9% of the subs are thumbing up before the video even starts cause we know its gonna be amazing!!

Ive noticed that Jack's production skills have been super elevated as the years go on. Hats off to Chef, of course, but jack as well! The little art inserts of himself and comments from him in the videos are always so charming.

Chef. Because of you, cooking has gone from a chore to a pleasure. I do all my Mise En Place on the weekend ready for the week. Last night I did steak burrito, tonight was cashew chicken, tomorrow is 3 garlic soup then steak with pepper sauce after that. I put you on the TV in the kitchen and cook along side you. No more lazy fast food and I've lost 20lb! Thank you from New Zealand

I really enjoy how you have changed over the last 3 years. At the beginning it was camera angles and you switch views! Now Jack has you squared away with his media skill! Go Jack!

This is exactly why i dig organic chemistry. Cooking and chemistry go hand in hand. But you can eat it.

You know what might make an interesting video Chef? A review on the many different tubular pastas. They often have a specific recipe associated with them too. So it might even make a good series, sort of on the same lines as the potato series. Just a thought.
