She's really good at what she does because she can explain the doughnut-making process in such clear tactile detail.

watching this, just oozes out the passion and emotions being put into those donuts every single step from making the dough to finishing touches of the glaze. People who pours everything to make that food, is gonna be insanely good. I NEED THAT GUAVA CHEESE FANFAN

HOLY SMOKES. Probably the best donut you’ll ever taste. She makes them FRESH all day in small batches. And uses great ingredients. No artificial colors. I wonder if they’re winning any awards? Seems like a very unique model for donut making. More culinary.

As a pastry chef I have tons of respect for your passion. A lot of donut shops now just use mix and just doesn't taste right. We make our own version of the Kronut which takes three days to make but it's so worth it.

Wow your dough is absolutely heavenly, Fany! Pillowy clouds of joy! The doughnuts have wings because they fly - right out of your bakery!
OMG so beautiful and golden brown when they flip in the oil!
The glazes, toppings and fillings are out of this world!
Boxes of jewels - jeweled doughnuts!
Tears of joy streaming....oh and my mouth is watering, too!
I never tire of watching masters at their craft! Feast for the senses, Fany!! Thank you!!

I really love her approach to flavoring her donuts. Because she started out making savory food, she applied that into desserts to make unique and eclectic flavors. Incredible.

Oh, how lovely when a set of donuts were white boxed -- they were individual works of art; how lovely to bring a box of her creations to friends and sip with delicious coffee with whipped cream :)

I love this; no pretentiousness, just amazing baking with amazing flavour combinations and incredible attention to detail. Much better than the bakery from the last episode.

She went from Savory to pastries, making my fav dessert. This woman is amazing, I love it how she and her crew knew 0 about baking and look what she's doing. I'd love to do donuts on my menu whenever I get my food truck up and running.

Just hearing describing the nuances of how doughnuts are and what makes theirs so good shows the depths of her experience into making sure each one she puts out is consistent for those who are able to pick up one of their doughnuts. I loved this. I'm not huge on donuts and stuff like that but I'd definitely try one and I'm sure I'd make weekly trips :) I'm a very simple glaze donut kind of person, I don't like anything fancy but I don't have doughnuts often maybe once a year :)

This lady is the embodiment of what every person who handles food feels...
She lets her food speak to her soul and she expresses it on them yummy glazy beautiful pieces of art.
Oh, and it's another tasty reason I love living in NY. I'm upstate toward Albany but it's close enough!! Been to NYC a lot. But I don't think I'll leave the northern area.. so pretty here.

The owner exudes positivity, kindness, humaneness, honesty through her intonation, patterns of speech, the way she speaks, her smiles, her gestures/movements, the way she treats and makes donuts. I love it.
