Hello Coach Michelle. I'm Bobbie starting my new Homehealth Care Business. Before my vision of starting a business, I Care for an elderly man that has long-term insurance which I get paid weekly. Now his wife needs care in the same home and she does have long-term insurance as well. My question Coach Michelle, do I charge them separately or has a couple rate. I am an CNA as well. Oh Coach Michelle I've watched several of your videos you given me so much faith in myself to start my own business. Thank you very much. Sorry so long.

Hi Coach! I want you to know that i pray for you everyday! You are such a blessing to the world. I thank you for sharing your knowledge in this business. I know it was once as hard for you as it is for us to begin. You're giving away a LOT of VERY valuable information for free to those of us that cannot at yhis time afford to pay you to help us. I just want to say thank you from the very top to the bottom of my heart from me, and for of the people who watch and learn and havent had the opportunity to do so themselves. Keep going coach! 💪 and i pray continued blessings all over you and ALL and EVERYTHING that you love!

I'm starting a nonprofit luxury housing program for elderly & disabled adults but we only plan to offer housing to the residents & they can use third party agencies for client care. There will however be a property caretaker/security on site. How can we bill insurance for the resident's monthly rent at our alternative style living program?

Also, thank you so much for your coaching!

Option 2 baby! From my experience they want hrs, dates, name of company, invoice must say paid, name of client first and last as well as their policy #.

Is thier a limit to what i can charge the client with thier long term ins as a independent caregiver? I want weekly pay which is much easier getting paid and turning in duty forms which im doing right now working for an agency?

So if I’m strictly private pay, I can technically accept a client with long term care insurance as long as they (the clients) are able to and willing to pay us and submit to their insurance ..correct?

Can homemaking and companionship service (Florida) get paid through LTC

Hello CM! I appreciate you more than I can ever express! Our situation: In Texas we are an unlicensed care home with NPI & in the process of applying for Medicaid provider.
1) Is this enough for us to be paid through LTC insurance?
2) We are nonprofit. I was told by a friend I should do the business LLC or DBA instead...Not sure why she assumes that is better. Any suggestions on this?
