I kinda feel where bro coming from as far as not letting someone dictate how you carry yourself or your character, yet that doesn’t mean you still carry on with that person like you would an avg person.

You have to put up boundaries with that person. No long conversations that don’t relate to work, don’t ask the person how they’re doing & listen to their boring stories. Keep it professional without letting your energy be taken up.
