I’m 52. This year is the first time that I ever had anxiety/panic attacks in my life. I’ve been taking magnesium for a couple of months and my anxiety has greatly reduced. You should give it a try if you’re having an issue with anxiety.

The problem with asking a independent doctor is, most of them are getting kickbacks on writing prescriptions, plus they know very little about trying to get their patients off drugs. That’s the way I see it.

I started taking magnesium 3 days so far. Restless leg always bothered me at night. Same with heart palpitations. Now my legs are relaxed and heart beats normally when laying down. I can finally get to sleep much easier. Also I feel relax. I take a magnesium complex. So far so good. Also noticed Anxiety has simmered down.

Edit: I wrote this before watching and this was all experience I had and he says them all. So thankfully is not placebo and they’re actually helping me.

I used to have really bad anxiety before I started taking magnesium in a powder form, I originally got it for my muscle pain and aches that kept me from sleeping and after I started taking magnesium my muscles felt more relaxed I slept so much better and my anxiety went away I suddenly felt peace and tranquillity throughout my daily life .

I've stopped taking magnesium now and sleep like a baby at night, I just take a vit d3 tablet every day on its own and have not had any viruses for years and my hair's thicker and I'm in very good health overall at 66yrs old...🌻🌻

Overdosing/toxicity of Vitamin D3 will cause depletion of magnesium. Happened to me. Been supplementing now with magnesium glycinate. BP is starting to not be so high anymore and hardly any heart palpitations since taking Mg glycinate in the last week.

Speaking about anxitety reduction. I few days ago a friend gave me a few capsules of Ashwagangha in his original bottle. On the bottle it says: helps increase resistance to stress/anxiety. It's a herb. Never tried it before. But I don't have much stress/anxiety ... I take a calcium/magnesium/ vitamin D3 supplement... I hear info from you that nobody else I herd talking about magnesium ever mentioned. Or maybe I was not very attentive. I mean: irregular heart beat, anxiety, blood pressure...

That's great to know....I am looking forward to taking this product... currently, my heart rate beats around 103 bpm at rest. My magnesium levels has been low or below normal for the last six months.... The Dr has not recommended any supplements, they just give me magnesium in my veins before my immunotherapy treatments. I believe God allowed me to see this video! Thank you.

FINALLY! A clear explanation of magnesium. I spent three days in the emergency room because my magnesium levels were dangerously low. They got me back up to where everything is level and then I completely changed my diet. Now after three months I go in for a regular check up and my magnesium level is right where it supposed to be! The only thing that confuses me is I take magnesium oxide, which is what the doctor gave me. But I keep reading articles saying that I can’t drink milk or have any dairy products within two hours before or two hours after taking the supplement. Well actually, I go to 20 different websites and a few of them will say I can’t consume dairy whilst others say it doesn’t matter. In fact, I asked three doctors two of them said it doesn’t make any difference and one of them said do not wash down your supplements with milk. I’m so confused.

arrhythmia at night when trying to go to sleep (at age 25/26) is when I started taking magnesium citrate. I've been taking it for 20 years almost. And I've never had another issue with it. It also helps with being "regular".

I’ve been on daily ionic magnesium supplements for 3 months and my blood pressure went from 130s to 110s. I also started a potassium supplement and St John’s Wart and cut out about 1/3 of my carb intake around the same time.

It lowers the BP. Does it make a risky supplement for those with Low BP?

That was a very truthful joke there. I think they should be careful. It might shock the poor doc to get such a question.

Thanks! It’s missing L-Threonate magnesium for Memory & dementia prevention. It brakes, the blood brain barrier. But I like the idea of having one product for 3 of the best magnesiums, the rest I can do without.
