Hi, My laptop doesn't have a ethernet port but has 2 USB C ports One is for the Power supply and I don't know what the 2nd one is for particularly. I also have a regular USB port. What I have in the way of connectors is an ethernet cord and the USB C adaptor. Do I put the adapter into the 2nd USB C Port? (not the power one?) Does it matter which one I use? If I used the power one I can't charge at the same time, of course. I just don't want to screw something up before I even get started. Trying to de-wifi my home.
