Complexity by simplicity!! Why make live complex when we achive more efforts and life healthier with just simple things: simple movements, simple plain fare ever (fe)male can cook, simple thoughts and just accept that you win more when all are winning! Positive sum games helps more than zero or negative sum games and so this just simples things make us stronger, healthier, wiser!

Your content is always on point, Tim, I regularly do neck exercises, although I have arthritis and degenerative risks in my neck, regular neck work keeps the painful events from occurring. Thanks for all of this great content.

Is there a video demonstrating an exercise that would strengthen postural muscles, specifically in the thoracic area (rhomboids, serratus anterior)? I already include the rolling flow for good posture along with my extra salty egg rolls. Thanks! And this is another great video!

Hy Tim,

Have a question about the head is it the idea to hold youre as much as possible horizontal during the day, the chin level with the horizon or do you have any other pointers to see if youre head is in alignment with the body ?

Ps the book os ordered gonna have him saterday cant wait to get started:)

one question about neck excercises, what is your opinion on wrestlers bridge?
there are lots of different opinions, some say it's not safe, it's bad, some say it's good, there is a safe way to do it...
but I would like to know your opinion or expirience with that excercise.
