I drink 1 tsp of ACV mixed with 1 tsp of lemon juice in a glass of water 3x a day and it really works. My GERD gone. I used to complain bloating and other digestive problem and all were cured. Now I feel better and energized. I am 69 yrs. Old and diabetic.

I have been having this every morning I strongly recommend that you only ever have it mixed diluted in water (preferably warm to hot) Don’t drink it without water it will burn! The first time I tried it and it was only half a teaspoon I lost my breath and thought I was going to die! I was not warned! So Always dilute it!!!! Ok!I am going to try having bit diluted before bed as well now too! Apple Cider Vinegar is awesome!

I tried it before bed and for me it gave me energy ! When I take raw honey before bed my 8:29 sleep is sweet ! So I do the ACV in the morning to energize my day ! Since I been taking it I noticed the difference in how I feel allot more better then I did before !

With drinking ACV since last April, definitely it has helped me with digestion a lot although I have no any digestion problem at all.
Since I am a diabetic, I often have the following drinks:coconut juice, coffee, pomegranate juice, tomato juice and ACV -
aside from lukewarm water(not cold water). Regular exercise, good food and drinks don’t cause you to need unnecessary medication or medical bills. Thank you very much.

All the water I drink has apple cider vinegar in it. Since I started drinking this mix my digestion has improved a lot. Not sure what else it does but the digestion improvment is great.

I drink a shot before bed chased with water. It really helps my gut and keeps belly fat off. I'm hoping it helps my cholesterol but I haven't witness that yet.

Real lemonade, dill pickle juice also help alor. Rarely wake up to use bathroom during sleeptime. Much better sleep for sure and better numbers all around, in the green zone on my medical app.
