When we get into bed at night, in the dark and free of any outside distractions, our conscious mind often times fights to keep all the chatter going. That can keep us awake.

Our brains are trained to keep feeding off the constant interaction with mobile phones, work schedules, a barrage of political headlines and the stress of work or school demands. All of that can constantly run through our minds. We want to fast track the ability to forget about all of that long enough to relax and sleep.

More than ever now, people are having a hard time falling asleep. Pharmaceutical companies make big money off prescriptions to help us sleep. But do we really know at what cost that comes for us with a toll on our bodies? Do you know what it's like to feel the anxiety of being out of Ambien? Or some other sleep aid? Do you hate being dependent on a drug to sleep?

This guided hypnosis program takes you through a calming relaxation process. It's designed to quiet the chatter of the conscious mind and take us down from a beta brain wave state, through alpha, theta and delta. Once asleep, the gentle music softly plays as a 432 HZ tone is incorporated. This particular program lasts for 8 hours.

I know this doesn’t have anything to do with the video but I hope you know how much we appreciate it! I have really bad anxiety and sleeping problems and this helps me so much! I don’t have insomnia but thank you so much!

Both of my parents passed away a few years ago & since then have lost almost everything else. Trying to find the strength every day to rebuild my life one day at a time. It is hard to sleep at night sometimes with flashbacks or too many stressful thoughts that don't let me rest peacefully enough to relax. This video + another one on your channel helps me escape into a place where I feel comfortable enough to rest in deep relaxation. Thank you for taking the time to make these videos 🙏🏼

My boyfriend suffers from anxiety, panic attacks and depression. He was up all night due to panic attacks. I wanna say until 7am, I stumbled across this video and told him to listen and do what he tells you to do. And it worked! He fell asleep and didn’t wake up at all afterwards. And thanked me when he woke up! So thank you for helping!!

I suffer insomnia, depression, anxiety and just recently diagnosed with ADHD too. I love how I was able to fall asleep right away and wake up without feeling tired 5 hours later. Thank you John Moyer. My boyfriend and I have been doing meditation together and fell asleep to this video last night. We definitely, will be listening to other videos and I will be sharing with friends.

Who here has a deep sleep? I’m 34 under hospice, with severe insomnia & I don’t sleep scared maybe the last & I don’t get to see my kids in the morning. Hospice really recommend finding these videos. Thank you in advance♥️🙏

Firstly, I’m absolutely a skeptic when it comes to using the word hypnosis. But I have been suffering with insomnia for several months and It’s taking a toll on me physically. Anyway, I randomly selected a few different sleep meditation links and I stopped here because the voice was the most soothing. I put on my headphones and probably 10 minutes into it I was zonked out! I don’t think I’ve stayed awake beyond 20 mins of the meditation session! It’s truly unbelievable! Second, I wake with such a better more energetic disposition! I have been sharing this link several times. Thanks for making this a free resource for everyone!

I really have not slept a straight full 8 hours in a very long time. I don't think I even moved once. Normally I am tossing and turning. I had a lot of anxiety before I went to bed lastnight. I was so worried I would not sleep because of what was roaming around in my brain. I have have looked up and listened to countless help you sleep and stay asleep videos. This one was the first one that I actually slept through. Thank you!

I'm going through some rough times. And sleeping is difficult. I get anxious at night and my mind just keeps going. This video almost worked but as I was starting to drift off BAM! I'm back up and my mind starts going again. I will give it another try tonight. The voice and music are very calming.
