I believe the pilot could have taken him. Props to him for having restraint. But, what makes people think they can just put their hands on people? Not everyone is gonna let you make it buddy.

This man is so pathetic to try and come after that pilot like that over some petty bs and the fact that everyone is just standing there especially the security guard there's times when you mind your business and there's times where that goes out the window example if I was there and seen this I would of said n did something to defuse the situation this is so sad

People don’t t realize what can happen to them for messing with people like that. The off duty pilot had every right to defend himself against that mans threat even if it meant pulling a weapon and neutralizing the threat!

For everyone saying the dude was security he was not that was the American Airlines ramp agent uniform

For everyone saying the "security guard" was useless. STOP. He's not a security card. He's an airline mechanic/Fleet Service actually employed for the same air carrier as his fellow pilot. Probably for reasons similar to the pilot, he keeps his fists down as to not get involved with company disciplinary action for assaulting a customer. You can clearly see his Airline badge on his right hand sleeve, his lanyard in which we keep our A&P certificates etc. and security TSA clearance stuff, and his back pack as he's leaving work. Don't judge a book by its cover.
