Aloha. This topic reminds me of a video I saw where chimpanzees were being released into a forest for the first time. They were raised in a medical lab. As they were released from a cage like transport, they would look at the sky and then run to each other and embrace for awhile, reassuring each other that this new environment was safe. They did this several times until they felt OK to climb and run alone. I believe we retain our ape like brain.

Hello maam I m suffering from sensorimotor ocd and hyperawareness .while walking I feel I will fall, while moving my head I feel like my head is vibrating nd someone is holding my head strongly.and my consciousness is focused in my brain nd head and I can't focus in anything else. It's like I m stuck in my brain.I m unable to understand that what is my actual compulsion.please help me out maam

Hi my name is Ian. I have had o pop antic disorder for around 20 years now. I Google my sea legs and look for that magic thing that will end it but that’s not there I know that. When I’m uncomfortable my legs feel horrible and that triggers me. How do I not do that and should I stop googling every day as could this maybe keeping me stuck and stopping my brain from moving forward. If I stop could my brain forget about it if I don’t keep talking to it about anxiety do you think ? X
