In this video, I take an experiment to see how much weight I can lose and experience how it feels to fast from ALL SUGAR consumption for 30 days with NO DIET OR EXERCISE! As a trucker in the U.S., dieting and eating healthy while taking part in sufficient enough exercise to maintain or lose weight is relatively difficult. But what can happen to our body by simply consuming 0 sugar!?

I've been maintaining this diet for over 4 months. I was at 340 and now I'm as low as 286. Man the changes can be daunting at first, but once you adapt it can be pretty easy and beneficial. I just need to lose about 20 more lbs and I'll be where I wanna be!

I just love how much he appreciates his wife. He ate alot of carbs so apparently it's the bad carbs (sugar) not the pasta

Great job! I'm 12 days in and down 6 pounds from 266 to 260. Pretty consistent results. My main vice was Mountain Dew. It's the easiest diet I've ever been on and so fat has the most consistent progress. I think it's also one of the easiest tainting because the rules of it are simple. Keep it up. I'd like to see how your 90 day looks and compare.

This is proven to work. Trust me! I’ve stopped drinking sodas & eating ice cream/cookies/desserts. But I still allow myself to eat carbs like rice & noodle (very small portion; like half a bowl) each meal. Oh my. I lost weight around my waist area. My pants are not tight anymore & I’m able to bend down easier. Today is September 1st, 2023; day 41 of cutting out added sugar, only drinking water. I will keep doing this for as long as it takes.

Great job with your 30 days with no sugar. Keep it up. I've done this for two months now. Not only am I losing weight, but my complexion is much better, and my energy levels are much more even throughout the day. 👍

Thanks for this. After crawling out the other side of a 48 year cigarette addiction, I got fat and sugar addicted. I cannot stick to those awful, sickening low carb diets so was looking for a sensible way to address sugar addiction.
Nice to see a sensible approach.
*Love that food your Missus is making. Cheers from Oz.

I was excited to see your results, especially since I started off at the same weight as you. Just went sugar-free two weeks ago and I've already lost around four lbs

Very well made video, keep it up, I also stopped taking Sugar two years ago, I take stevia instead. I lost 20 pounds, now recently I also stopped taking salt, and use “no salt” in my food now. Lost another 5 pounds. Future will be of healthy people.

So today is August 16th, 2023. Today is my 25th day of no sugar intake. No sodas, no cookies, no ice cream, no bubble tea, etc. And I allow myself to eat normal. I’m happy to say that my pants don’t feel tight around my waist area, and my face isn’t as found as it was before. I’m able to bend down and do stuffs. My energy level has increased tremendously, and I don’t feel tired during the day. Overall, I feel much healthier & happier as a person. This “no sugar” lifestyle truly works! No joke!

I didn’t need anywhere near 30 days to lose all the weight that I needed to lose to get to get to BMI 24. But, I cut out most refined sugar and most carbohydrates. You really do have a challenge to eat healthy while on the road.

Cut out carbs aswel and you’ll really see the pounds come off and try to get down to just one meal a day you’ll soon realise what little an amount of food you need to be healthy .
We can let the food industry kill us or we can make a decision to change and the saying that we are what we eat is very true.
I’ve lost 36 pounds just by controlling what, when , and how much I eat in 3 months with very little exercise.
I’m 53 and it’s the best I’ve felt in years.
Good luck and good health don’t let the bastards kill you .

I cut most sugar (not all) out of my diet and in about 6 months I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off. I wasn't even trying to lose weight but I was having some other health problems. I went from around 225 down to 195 and have maintained that since 2019. My sugar intake came mostly from soda and iced tea, now I only drink water and coffee in the morning.

Oh forgot the main thing to look out for added sugar not natural sugar like in fruit. Added sugar is the enemy.

There is a ton of sugar in fast food, so you will want to explicitly state what you ate when you ate fast food.

Hi, just started watching your videos. I am. British guy living in Belgium and I have to say that you are absolutely right about sugar in drinks. I noticed that my European colleagues drink very little sugary drinks and much prefer water, myself included. It is rare that we will drink a coke or Fanta. When we go to the US on business we are stunned by the amount of these drinks consumed in the office and worse still the buckets of soda drinks that are consumed in restaurants. You only need to look at the size of our US colleagues to see what this is doing to the body. Sugar is highly addictive like you said and companies are feeding that addiction.
