North Carolina Forecast: Calm start Monday before rain from Debby hits NC this week

After some areas of Wake County saw torrential rain Sunday afternoon and early evening, we're in for a calm start to the morning Monday. Rain water is still sitting on some roads, so if you're traveling overnight, take things easy.
