Sir, ap in VAT Nature mein bole hain ki, VAT progressive hain, yeh percentage ke upar basis hain-Consumer jitna level-tak consume karega, utna hi unko VAT dena hoga.; Ab, or fir ap bolte hain ki, every individual have to pay equal VAT. How? Yeh iss jayga mein mujhe doubt hain thora sa, clear karwa dijiye, please sir!
