*Moral of the story*
Find the person, wait for him/her. When you find him/her give time for the relationship to flourish. Make memories, be emotional support, a strong character on which he/she can fall back on. Make him/her indispensible in our life. *Sexual urge* ? Ik it is tough to control. And when you have made sure that under all favourable condition, this is the one person with whom you are going to spend the rest of your life, go for it. It feels so pure.
Rest depends on your upbringing and your values as a person. But yeah, it is better to give time before sex.

This is exactly what I've learned and experienced too in the past few years. You've put it so well! People in their early twenties should really only focus on finding their purpose and building themselves first instead of chasing love and relationships. The process is damn lonely and difficult to go through alone but it's so damn worth it. Because once you know who you really are and what exactly you want from your life, it's easy to understand what kind of a partner you'd like to be with too. And until you don't get on your right path, you won't even find the right partner for yourself.
