The Three Minute Breathing Space is a mindfulness meditation for depression, anxiety and other issues that incorporates many elements of a longer formal meditation and is one of the cornerstones of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

The 3-Minute Breathing Space was developed by Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale for their mindfulness-based cognitive therapy program.
