Tip: Restricting on "junk" foods will only make you binge on them later. Don't eliminate foods all at once. Instead focus on building a healthy diet AROUND the snack and treat foods. Then you will have BALANCE

My concern on your point
1. I have nothing in my kitchen like junk food but when I feel hungry I go to market and eat I'm not able to stop eating.
2. when I feel hungry as snack/breakfast what to eat I'm living alone & doing a job.
3. I take meals as per my hunger at that time.

Just have a cheat day once a week while the rest of the week your strictly dieting there are a lot of people who do this and they lose weight, search it up online if you don’t believe me.

I think u should have a balance, eat healthy food and "junk food " cause i believe both ways if taken to extrim can be harmful, and can help occur a eating disorder which is way worse then any food

Ur advise is is a good note
Coming to the 1st point ...not pin pointing u or accusing but if we give the same gathered junk to our frnds or neighbor's we some how indulge our frnds or neighbor's to have the same but we get better putting them under a bad meal eater in the way of us getting rid of junk is not good ....my personal opinion

nah for me i get sick with nausea every morning after the day i ate the junk food and then i always have to throw it all up and it hurts so bad. this here marks the beginning of me quitting junk food consumption completely because it has a really instantaneous and prominent effect on my stomach and gut health.
