Subscribe! How to Become a Runner When You Have ZERO Experience / I became a runner and trained for a 5k, then 10k, then half marathon

In this video, I talk about how I became a runner with ZERO experience! Running was something that I took up for exercise during lockdowns, but I soon fell in love with it. Running is now my favorite activity to blow off steam, and I am officially a full-fledged runner after completing my first half marathon in May!

In this video, I teach you the strategy I used to start running and to get to where I am with running now. I go over two different ways to get into running and I go over how to really fall in love with running so you can keep going, long term!

Thank you for watching! Thumbs up and subscribe if you liked this video and let me know what you'd like to see next :)

Intervals can totally be done for distance races! Jeff Galloway is the perfect example. 😊 intervals are excellent for injury prevention and should always be considered as an option. I’ve done 5K, 10K, and doing my first half marathon in 4 weeks with Jeff Galloway’s plan and intervals.

Love this! I was running a mile a day for 2 weeks and ended up with really bad shin splints. I had to take 3 weeks to heal. This week I finally started back running. I really love these tips. I’m going for distance. Thank you! 💖

I’ve been trying to do walk 1 mi - run 0.5 mi and repeat for 3 times a day. But I’ll definitely try to do intervals by time instead! Thank you!

I remember my doubts when I started running in 2018. Training your brain is very important! Most of your runs should be It reduces injuries and it trains your heart rate to run longer and longer.
