How to make Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) work on PS4 & Samsung TV

Thanks mate. I just upgraded my PS4 with a 1GB HDD and when I connected back up to tv it wouldn't turn it on again once PS was turned on. It had been so many years since I'd set it up to do that; It was bugging me when I couldn't find anything in the Samsung TV menu to make it work other that switching Anynet+ on. I'd forgotten that there was also a setting in the PS menu to turn on too.

Does your tv support 3d? Mines already broken the polarizer due to oxidation.

So you still need to have a ps4 remote to go into setting and allow the ANYNET+ connection

I have a problem when I turn on my tv and ps4 it’s shuts off after 5 seconds and I have hdmi Cec on .Any suggestions plz?

My system is turning the Samsung tv on, but not off. It used to turn it off... but for some reason not any more.

I appreciate this information.  I'm so frustrated, though.  I just received my Firestick, the TV is recognizing it, but I can't get it to connect to my WiFi.  Guess it's time to call customer service :(
