Still not shown hdmi receiver in sound output after enabling anynet + hdmi-cec but after plugging out hdmi 1 of satellite tv then only it will shows hdmi receiver sound output any clue and after turning off the samsung TV same problem arise any help will be appreciated

Hiya guys I have connected the hdmi arc setting my tv controls the volume and power button of the surround sound but the sound is not coming from the surround sound I have it setup to hdmi on my sound setting please help me
