Step 4: Under External Device Manager, highlight "Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC)". Press OK to turn it on, if it was off. The radial button will turn from black to blue.
Once you've enabled HDMI-CEC (Anynet+) exit the settings menu. Your Samsung Smart TV is now ready to communicate with HDMI-connected devices using HDMI-CEC (Anynet+).
