I loved the Rainforest Cafe. Had the Rasta Pasta and a few Long Island iced teas. Definitely a bright spot at the restaurant!

When I was living in Orlando, my friend took me to Rainforest Cafe for my Birthday and I got to try the Sparkler Volcano. That was the best Birthday cake I ever had in my life.

Honestly the Rainforest cafe was one of our favorite meals our entire trip. We had lunch at the one at AK. My husband and I both got steaks and they were cooked perfectly. So good. And the waitress was one of the best with our 2 year old as far as patience and knowing what we needed before we asked.

Boardwalk is my DVC home resort. I admit that Big River Grille could be better, but there is something to be said for sitting outside on the boardwalk in the shade and enjoying a drink and something from the menu. I enjoy their salads. The “ambiance” you said was missing is actually outside on the water front watching folks walk by, boats tooting their horns and enjoying the occasional breeze off the water.

You were spot on about Big River. I was there with a convention group in February. For those on limited daily budgets it’s one of the better options. The hotels around there have excellent restaurants, especially the S&D ones, but almost all of them will very quickly go over many guests’ per diems or gouge you for drinks. If you want a sit down place in the Boardwalk area to drink and not splurge it really is the only option.

Worth mentioning that Pizzafari can do a plant-based cheese pizza for vegans. I was stuck in there during a Florida down-pour and they made one for me. It was edible lol.

I love the Rainforest Cafe. My mom and I went there a month ago and had a wonderful meal. I love the Rasta Pasta but I had a curry dish this time and it was amazing.

I highly recommend the family-style dinner at Pizzafari. We did this on New Year's Eve and it was one of our best dining experiences for the entire trip.

Rainforest at Animal Kingdom is one of our favorites. It is one of the first we book every trip. Have been there many times over the years & have always had great food & service. The Primal steak is wonderful & their cheesecake is way better than any at Cheesecake Factory.

I love some of these options for families! Especially the Pizzafari family feast! A great value and a sit down experience at a quick service price point. I love the restraunts that offer this. I actually have not ever had a bad meal at Rainforest Cafe. The food is a little generic. But, they seem to do basic well. It is expensive. But, really fun. I have never been able to get in to T-Rex. But, it seems to be the same.

Big River is pretty good from what I'v gotten. I love the Grilled Chicken sandwich with guac. Beer is great, too.

This is funny haha! We HATED Yak & Yeti the food was bland and just gross and the service was terrible! But we LOVED Rainforest Cafe - food was so good, and the service was so incredible! Literally felt like our server personally knew us! Funny how different people have different experiences:)
