Seeing the transformation of these two over the years is just amazing and hilarious. Harry has gone from the sensible straight man of the duo to a wacky, over-enthusiastic puppy whilst Joe has gone from a happy, sunny guy to just become more and more cheeky, sarcastic and slightly cynical. Both are so much better and funnier now and are great for this kind of content where they can bounce off each other.

Honestly, I love these ‘finding the best’ videos as much as, if not more than, any of the tv food “exploration” shows I watched.

So I lived in Austin for a while... I've tried all these places. I just want people visiting austin to know that there is SO much good bbq around that area. I've had some of the best bbq in Austin from a food truck and some of the worst from a brick and mortar. Those places with long lines are amazing but give those other spots a chance too, you won't be disappointed. One of the best ribs I've had was at a food truck, scotty's, that was a converted short bus that I believe they painted red. Before they sold it from what I was told, the ribs were hands down my favorite in Austin. I've also supported mom and pop. One time I got a 3 meat plate and got home to a to go box full of pulled pork. They're no longer there so it was their own doom. But again, as a true bbq lover, give those random places a shot!!!

Literally just back from Austin and went to Terry Blacks, Franklins and KG. KG BBQ is incredible.

Original Blacks BBQ south of Austin is my all time favorite. Great BBQ. Their Turkey shows you they know what they are doing. I always got their smoked whole chicken on Sundays.

Aussie here. We had a BBQ place open up nearby a few years before covid & it was so good. The brisket & cornbread were amazing. Sadly they didn’t survive covid but I still dream about their brisket & cornbread.

I live around the corner from Interstellar and used to go there often, but since they were “discovered” the line goes out the door and keeps going. Great BBQ, but now one heck of a wait.

Harry I live in belfast and butchers are getting very creative with sausages. It isn't just your run of the mill pork or beef or cumberland etc.... they are creating all sorts of different flavour sausages so GET THAT DOWN YER NECK.
