I was planning to stay mindful of my oxalate intake, take collagen with milk, D3 + K2 and 70g+ of protein per day. Fast 18 hours twice a week and regularly stimulate bloodflow to my bone with cardio or heat. This is the general thing I want to shoot for and close to what I have been doing lately anyway.

Edit: Not sure if anyone will ever read this but epsom salt baths! It gives you magnesium to balance out high calcium intake without the stomach issues. Plus, vitamin C aids in collagen synthesis. Collagen essentially forms the framing of your bones for the minerals to stick on so it is important.

I fail to see what calcium supplements are going to do. If you are calcium deficient then you need to fix your diet and taking extra isn't going to do anything. It disrupts your intestines because you have already maxed out your absorption. And it's collagen synthesis that is the most important thing so eat your greens(which also happen to be great sources of calcium) especially kale and broccoli.
