Amazing video, just what I need and I was looking for!! I am very fit and strong and have great endurance but my very poor hip strength and mobility has made me spend many many hours each week just doing 'driils' and exercises and lifts to strengthen them. It is a long slow journey but I see positive results each time and a lot of the exercises are technical but not tiring physically, so it's quite relaxing and enjoyable. I look forward to being able to run long and fast again. Keep posting more like. Love it!
