These were amazing!! I made both the beef and chicken. Thought I would have a hard time since it was my first but Evelyn you made it so easy to follow! I feel like you are my friend. They were so good that I was able to sell them at my son's concession stand for wrestling and they sold out. The only difference is that I used the smaller discs since I wanted to have more of them.

Unfortunately I never had the chance to learn how to make all these recipes that are so close to my culture, with toxicity in my family I wasn’t able to pick up these favorite recipes. so i wanted to make vegan empanadas but all the vegan recipes were to far from the real thing i looked up traditional empanadas and found your video thank you very much i just replaced the meat with a vegan beef crumble and they turned out fabulous!
