Gonna try this tomorrow so i can go to the bus faster and not get so tired sense i fainted in the bus when i got there

You shouldnt over do the first stance. Best done with two steps. Its not a natural running pattern. Its an explosive builder. The longer you do explosive movements in succession, the more damage needs repair. Ideally, as a cardio athlete, you dont want extensive damage.


BUT amazing work none the less. Nobody will fall over and die, fail, quit due to some explosive patterns. Well done!
