How to EDIT FASTER on Controller

I'm not saying that you can't get good using right/left stick for edit. It's possible, but in my opinion, you're limiting yourself by using those.

Not just for controller: single tile editing the floor will give you less room and may mess with side jumps. Double edit the floor and single the cone.

As a left stick editor i agree it is difficult and weird, it works best for me only because i have it as my confirm and edit button and learned the timing after years

I use left stick and it doesn’t limit my movement you actually can still have movement using left stick it’s just harder to but I mastered using left stick to edit so it’s easy for me

For non claw players it’s hard not to use left stick to edit, bt playing on controller on a whole limits everything u do

Doing the single triple edit is hard because I get stuck under the ceiling. I do the wall edit in an upwards motion so my crosshair is already on the nearest tile on the ceiling build.

Sure single tiles take less time, but it drastically increases the possibility of you clicking edit on a cone or a floor rather than the wall causing you to mess up

I used left stick movement for a while, and my editing speed is pretty good, I also use my right stick for my switch mode, after I made that switch, my gameplay felt much smoother
