People think that Hades is the equivalent to Satan, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Hades is actually the most respectable, responsible and mature God on Olympus. He takes his job seriously, he truly loves and respects his wife, doesn’t cheat on her, and doesn’t abuse his power like the others.

My favorite part is where they always make him super mad that he “got tricked into the underworld.” Like if I recall correctly, in at least 1 version of the myth he DEMANDED the underworld, because he felt his brothers were too incapable to deal with guarding Tartarus. Also, the always make Persephone hate him, and that’s just dumb.
