I might get ridiculed for this, but Count Dooku is one of my favorite Sith Lord's of all time, just saying, peace!

Short answer:
1. Anakin and Obi-Wan did not work well together in that instance. Anakin is to blame.
2. Dooku is just that good.

The reason why Dooku beated both Obi Wan and Anakin on Geonosis in Attack of The Clones. Count Dooku master Makashi and bested Obi Wan by injuring him in his left arm and leg leg with his lightsaber, while he slices Anakin's right arm off and force push him next to his master. Yoda save both Obi Wan and Anakin's life from the wicked Count Dooku.

I think Dooku was just better than Obi Wan and Anakin. This is backed up as he goes toe-to-toe with Yoda.

Its alot more than just experience and saber style. The Count also was a master of Teras Kasi as well as Doon Mock where he seem to have an edge and upper hand in this sense especially against an arrogant padawan

Anakin was so worries about Padme who have fall from the plane on the sand. He wanted to kill Dookuand find here but Dooku was a master with lightsaber. He broke all the team work they could have.

Actually Palpatine (If I recall correctly) suggested to Anakin or his trainers/sparring partners to focus on countering the finishing move Dooku used the first time. Palpatine again playing both sides of the fence was angered by Dooku's arrogance and pretentious preparation for the final duel (i.e. Dooku practiced the jump from the interior balcony to intimidate Obi Wan and Anakin and everything about it annoyed Palpatine including the clacking noise his boots made when he hit the floor to the boots themselves). Palpatine also urged Dooku to study Anakin and Obi Wan to break their focus from afar prior to the next encounter by staging faux battles knowing Anakin and Obi Wan would be assigned and attempting to sabotage their morale, focus and ability to thwart force attacks (force shield). Dooku got the bright idea to try and lift them with the force while they were otherwise engaged which finally set Sidious/Palpatine on edge since he did not want the Jedi to know either one of them were powerful enough to use the force across great interplanetary distances until needed. Anakin and Obi Wan won the battle due to Palpatine's intervention using the force.

The Clones and Padme trying to shoot Count Dooku and his ship, Padme and her clones rescues Anakin and Obi Wan. Anakin and Obi Wan were healed at the Jedi Healing Temple. Obi Wan told Anakin that we will take Count Dooku together, then Anakin refused to listen to Obi Wan, so he can rush to Count Dooku and gets electrocuted with his force lightning.

Obi-wan used form 3 lightsaber dueling which focused mostly on defense and holding your opponent in one place which wouldn't work great against form 2 which is mostly about pushing your opponent to their absolute limits and adding more fuel to the fire during combat. In the end it was a battle of attrition against a duelist who had unlimited supplies

I agree that Dooku did have an easier time beat Anakin and Obi Wan do to Anakins lack of discipline .Obi Wan also was not nearly the duelist he would be by the time of ROTS .Tho to say the didn't even make Dooku brake a sweat was just not the case after Anakin recovered from the Counts Force Lightening attack. Anakin put up a pretty good fight not only surprising Dooku with his duelinv abilities but after Dooku cut his arm of he let out a heavy breath and had a look of exhaustion on his face . From calling on the Force to keep up with Anakin other than that I feel your assessment of that duel was dead on.
